SENIOR MODEL RELEASE FORM

    SENIOR MODEL AGREEMENT • Mainely Senior Portraits shall have the right to cancel your session date or give it to another client if in the event the client is not abiding by the program's policies. If the weather isn’t agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule for another date. • Images remain on file for one year from the date of your portrait session.  Mainely Senior Portraits is not responsible or liable for any failure to provide any services due to any occurrence, act or event which is outside of Mainely Senior Portraits exclusive control. In addition, Mainely Senior Portraits shall not be responsible for equipment failure or the failure of any software or computer which results in any damage to any proofs, negatives, prints or photos. • I recognize there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility to myself and my family members. • Mainely Senior Portraits reserves the right to use any images or custom created artwork for display, publication or other promotional purposes. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Mainely Senior Portraits and are protected by Federal Copyright Law.  Photographer agrees to share rights for usage and copyrights without limitations under the assumption that I acknowledge the following:
    Upon receipt of image files from photographer, I agree to only publish (with consent) the final edited images provided by the photographer. It is my understanding that proof and “thumbnail” versions are not for publication and are for editing and previewing only. It is my understanding that improper manipulation or distribution of these images that is not authorized can lead to misrepresentation of work performed by photographer and myself. As publication of said images reflects the quality of work and professional standards set forth by the photographer, I agree to retract any publications of images that have been altered or published that photographer deem inappropriate or a misrepresentation of his/her work.
    I understand that the images may be altered or modified in any manner. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve a finished product or the copy that may be used in connection with an image that the Photographer has taken of me, or the use to which it may be applied. I further release the Photographer and his/her direct or indirect licensees and assignees, from any claims for remuneration Associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the use of the images.  • While Mainely Senior Portraits strives to provide its clients with the utmost in photography services,Mainely Senior Portraits is, first and foremost, an art studio with an established style and reputation. While Mainely Senior Portraits regularly works with its clients to deliver photographs which will meet their individualized needs, Mainely Senior Portraits reserves the right to exercise full artistic control over the nature, number and types of pictures it shoots. We look forward to combining Mainely Senior Portraits unique art and style with yours to produce an amazing experience and set of photographs.
